One on One Mentoring

For practitioners seeking to:

  • Develop more compassionate relationships with themselves and the world

Meditation can feel like a solitary endeavor. Sometimes connecting with a mentor to reflect, share and inquire together, can support greater clarity and depth of understanding.

Mentoring sessions are typically 30 minute conversations by phone, maybe just a couple times, maybe weekly, or monthly.
